2. Prices, VAT & Customs
All prices on our website are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. For EU customers, there are no additional customs fees or duties to pay at delivery — any import VAT is handled at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.
4. Delays & Delivery Issues
We aim to deliver every order within our estimated window, but peak periods, weather, or customs processing may occasionally affect delivery times. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact support@ciroga.com. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to your address.
5. Cancellations & Damaged Items
Cancellations: Requests must be made before the order is processed. Once dispatched, our return process applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty item, the wrong model, or the wrong size, contact us within 14 days with photos at support@ciroga.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly, at no extra cost to you.
